Breakdown
Sarah Browne
Friday 19 May 2017, 5.30 pm
Welcome to Breakdown a special spinning class developed by the artist Sarah Browne and produced by Marabouparken in collaboration with Friskis & Svettis Sundbyberg. Performed by Shirley Harthey Ubilla.
How strong are you? How resilient? How vulnerable? This is a specially scripted spin class, combining philosophy and artistic performance with fitness choreography. The leader will guide you through a varied “landscape” while questioning and exploring our expectations of bodily productivity in a capitalist society. This challenging class will feature racing, climbing and attacking intervals, set to a specially selected soundtrack.

This event is a collaboration between Marabouparken Konsthall and Friskis & Svettis i Sundbyberg and will take place in the fitness center which like Marabouparken Konsthall used to be a part of the chocolate factory.
