The Senior Club is now starting at Marabouparken konsthall! The club is open to all seniors – no prior knowledge required. The club is intended as a way to experience art together with others in a pleasant way. You will meet the art gallery staff or an invited art educator or artist.
What’s happening? The club will offer guided tours interspersed with the opportunity to try your own creation. Since this is a new activity, we will develop the club over time, together with our visitors.
When is the club? The Senior Club meets a couple of times a month, always on Thursday mornings between 10:30 and 12:00
How much does it cost? Participation in the Senior Club is free for all seniors. Visits to the art gallery’s exhibitions in connection with the club are also free.
Do you have to register? You just have to show up for the viewings. When we work in the workshop, there are a limited number of places – if you want to be sure of a place, it is best to register at pedagogik@marabouparken.se. First come, first served! If you want to take a chance, you can join if there is space.

March 12 – Viewing of the art gallery’s exhibition by Marja-Leena Sillanpää. Sillanpää sees the world through books. In her opinion, everything, a stone, a piece of wood, can be a book.
