Tai Chi is performed as a series of walking movements. The movements are originally self-defense movements, but they are done in this form (the 24-form) in a soft and slow flow. The exercises contain a lot of coordination and balance, and thus “force” the practitioner to be deeply present in their body and in what is happening in the moment.
The training is adapted so that even those who have no previous experience of Tai Chi can participate. Each time we will go through some of the movements in more detail. More info at merchi.nu/tai-chi
