Spring at Marabouparken

During the spring 2025 Marabouparken konsthall invites you to a program of dance, film and music.

From the end of march until the beginning of April we will be hosting a series of exciting events in collaboration with associations, collectives and researchers where we lend our gallery space to different artistic explorations.

We will not show any exhibition during this time, instead we will keep open whenever an event takes place.

Our restaurant Savannah will be open as usual.

During this period, we will carry out a minor building restoration, which means that the upper floors of the building will not be accessible. Entrance to all events will therefore be through the lower entrance.

Marie Fahlin – choros

Marabouparken konsthall is happy to welcome researcher and choreograph Marie Fahlin back. In 2021 we collaborated with Fahlin and Stockholm University of the Arts with the exhibition Centauring which also was a part of Fahlins doctoral thesis.

Now Fahlin returns with the exhibition choros in the form of a meta choreography where six solo choreographies are danced simultaneously during the gallery’s opening hours. The English experimental composer Cornelius Cardew’s score The Tiger’s Mind has been used as a starting point for the participating choreographers’ artistic works.
